Kristen Nicole Irizarry, 16, Big Rock, TN passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. David Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 4-8 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.She was born December 26, 1995 in Hopkinsville, KY daughter of Chris Irizarry and Nicole Smith Irizarry. Kristen was a student at Stewart Co. High School where she was a member of HOSA and the Future Business Leaders of America. In addition to her father of Clarksville, TN and her mother of Big Rock, TN, she is survived by her step-mom, Teresa Irizarry, Clarksville, TN; brother, Brandon Smith, Washington State; sister, Teresa Jones, Clarksville, TN; paternal grandparents, Heidi and Luis Pendas, Clarksville, TN and Richard Irizarry, Miami, FL; maternal grandparents, Dale and Basil Hutchinson , Big Rock, TN and John and Beverly Smith, Louisville, KY; step grandparents, Steve and Teresa Sumner, Clarksville, TN; uncle, Todd Smith, Louisville, KY; aunt, Robin Handy, Louisville, KY; uncle, Ricky Irizarry, Miami, FL; aunt, Carmen Zellman (Travis) and cousin, Dalton, Clarksville, TN. Pallbearers will be Cody Harrison, T.J. Campbell, Dustin Keatts, Chris Irizarry, Ricky Irizarry, Brandon Smith, Dillion Tidrow and Brandon Odom.
