Kevin Adkins

Kevin Wesley Adkins, age 59 of Dover, TN was called home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2023 at St. Thomas West Hospital, Nashville, TN. He was born on April 27, 1964 the beloved son of the late Greely and Dixie Schell Adkins. Kevin was born with a special love to share. Those closest to him knew that kindness and love the was pure from his heart. He enjoyed spending time with his many friends and the outings they shared together. Kevin as a member of Dyers Creek Church of God.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Steven Adkins and Richard Adkins.

Kevin is survived by his brother; Robert Adkins; extended family who loved his as their own; Wanda Keator and Douglas Groves; and his many dear friends and the staff at PDI.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 beginning at 11:00 am and continue until 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Those serving as pallbearers are Douglas Groves, David Keator, Jerry Barnes, James Crosby, Chris Vass and Edmund Gauthier. Robert Adkins will serve as honorary pallbearer.
