Kermit Harvey

Kermit “Bud” Harvey, 81, of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Tyson officiating. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans West Cemetery, Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 5 - 8:00 pm and on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 10-11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home.
He was born September 4, 1932 in Deer Park Sand Flat, MD son of the late Bradberry and Edith Nazelrod Harvey. Mr. Harvey was a retired Audiometrist, a member of Dunbar Chapel Free Will Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Korean veteran being a recipient of the Purple Heart with four oak leaf clusters. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother and four sisters. Survivors include his wife, McVeigh Hershey Harvey, Indian Mound, TN; sons, Brad Harvey ( Sharon), Hereford, AZ and Michael Harvey (Unyong), Indian Mound, TN; daughter, Sandra Turner (Marty), Indian Mound, TN; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
