Keoka Wallace, age 82, went to be with The Lord she loved and served, on Wednesday, February 12, 2014. She was a member of the Dyer's Creek Church of God. Keoka was born November 4, 1931, the daughter of Green and Gracie Page Wallace. She was the loving wife of Rev. Harrison Wallace. Together they pastored for over 50 years: Serving the Bethel First Church of God in Dover, TN for 11 years and the Rock Springs Church of God in Decatur, IL for over 40 years. During that time, she was an avid passionate pastor's wife doing the many things to support her husband and the church. She loved all her family, her church, and a good deal, whether it was at a garage sale or the Good Will. She was a wonderful wife and mother and will be sorely missed. The world is a better place because of her class, style, grace, and love.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harrison William Wallace, parents, Green and Gracie Page Wallace, son, Tim Wallace, and brother, Basil Wallace.
Survivors include her children, Michael Wallace (Diane), Clarksville, TN, Rev. Dr. Lee Wallace (Barb), Knoxville, TN, Ronnie Wallace (Kirsten), Lincoln, CA, Eric Wallace (Cathi), Dover, TN, Lori Wallace-Antal (Joe), Springfield, MO, brothers, Hubert Wallace, Indian Mound, TN, Namaan Wallace, Lewisburg, TN, sisters, Carlene Sanders, Clarksville, TN, Dora Wallace, Clarksville, TN, and Delores Krieger, Indian Mound, TN, 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 Saturday, February 15, at Bethel Church of God, with Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating, burial will be in the Page Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of service Saturday at the Bethel Church of God. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
