Kenneth Torrey

Ken Torrey, 63 of Dover, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Wyatt’s Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyatt’s Chapel Cemetery.
He was born in Trenton, NJ son of the late Kenneth Mapps and Ruth McTamney Byaesko. Mr. Torrey worked for Trane Co. and was a U.S. Marine Vietnam veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step father, Albert Torrey and sister, Helen Bague. Survivors include his wife, Ivana DeZuani Torrey, Dover, TN, sons, Christopher J. Meide-Stack, Boise, ID, Giovanni Torrey, Clarksville, TN, brothers, Douglas Torrey, New Egypt, NJ, Albert Torrey, New Jersey and sister, Ruthie Lewis, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, American Kidney Foundation or the Wounded Warriors.
