Katie Meadows

Mrs. Katie Nell Rougemont Meadows, age 74 of Dover, TN passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Tennova Healthcare, Clarksville, TN. She was born on October 19, 1949 the beloved daughter of the late Jasper Clayton and Rebecca Meadows Rougemont. Katie worked part-time at Brandon Springs Group Camp and especially enjoyed working with Camp Rainbow which was held there once a year. She worked several years at ACME Boot Company. She especially enjoyed fishing with her family and friends. She took great pride working in her beautiful flower gardens. Katie’s greatest joy in life was being a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed having her family together to make precious memories.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hunter Meadows; son, Charles Walker, Jr. and daughter, Tammy Cobb.

She is survived by her loving children; Charlsie Baggett (Dillon) of Clarksville, TN and Terry Cobb (Karen) of Mt. Juliet, TN; brother Charles Rougemont of Erin, TN; precious grandchildren, Rebekah Whitehead, Olivia Whitehead, Makensie Rye, Bailey Cobb, Carly Cobb, Mallory Walker, Levi Walker and one great grandchild.

A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 23, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am and continue until the funeral service at 1:00 pm with Bro. Charlie Mathis officiating. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
