J.W. Simpson

J. W. Simpson, 81, Bumpus Mills, TN, died Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Louisville, KY. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home, Inc. with Bro. Joe Shannon officiating. Burial will be in Crow Cemetery, Bumpus Mills, TN. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Saturday and from 12:00 until hour of service Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Simpson was born on January 30, 1929, in Pugh Flat, KY, son of the late Herbert and Thedosia Hutchison Simpson. Mr. Simpson was retired Civil Service from Fort Campbell. He is survived by his wife Eolene Vaughan Simpson, daughter Jackie (Rudy) Shields, Louisville, KY, son Jerry (Faye) Simpson, Big Rock, TN, brother Dillard Simpson, Evansville, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Pete, Randy, Mike Morgan, Jerry, Dale Swift, and Danny Barnes.
