Judy Perkins, 66 of Dover, TN passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN. A memorial service will be held in Salem, OH at a later date.
She was born May 20, 1949 in Salem, OH daughter of the late James W. Duriga, Sr. and Jane Caskey Duriga. Mrs. Perkins worked for the Stewart County School System cafeteria. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Perkins and brother, Jim Duriga. Survivors include her son, Richard Perkins (Myla), Jacksonville, FL, daughters, Letisha Thomas (Matthew), Dover, TN, Delores Stokes (Jared), Killen, TX, brother, Michael Duriga, Louisville, OH, sisters, Patricia Sheen, Salem, OH, Mary Payne, Youngstown, OH, and grandchildren, Clayton, Cana, Tyler, Caleigh, Liam, Tayler, Shelby and Xander.
