Joyce Harrison

Mrs. Joyce E. Harrison, age 81, of Big Rock, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2026. Born on September 12, 1944, Joyce was the daughter of the late Fredrick C. Wallace and Mildred V. Wallace.

Joyce was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to everyone who knew her. She treasured every opportunity to gather her family in her home, creating lasting memories with those she loved most.

A faithful servant of the Lord, Joyce was a dedicated member of Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, where she enjoyed participating in the many activities and fellowship of her church family.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bracy "Wilson" Harrison, and her brother, Norville E. Wallace.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Andi J. Heggie (Walt) and Beverly G. Reda (Rick); her brother, Don M. Wallace (Nancy); her sister, Nelda F. Saunders (Lawrence); her grandchildren, Garrett N. Lindsey (Emily) and Kaycee J. Reda (Ben Drudy); and her cherished great-granddaughters, Sadie, Harper, Kennedy and Wren. She also leaves behind many extended family members, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

Family and friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Anglin Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., with Bro. Steve Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Taylor Chapel Cemetery (Big Rock, TN).

Serving as pallbearers will be Walt Heggie, Rick Reda, Garrett Lindsey, Ben Drudy, Bryan Saunders, and Gary Wallace.
