Joyce Collins

Ms. Joyce Ann Collins, age 79 of Dover, TN passed away at her residence on September 1, 2022 with her family by her side. She was born August 28, 1943 the beloved daughter of the late William Earl and Robena Foote Carrell. Joyce was a business owner of a convenience store where she enjoyed waiting on her customers and serving others. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and leaves behind many friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Collins and son, James D. Collins.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Collins; daughter, Tammara Brown; grandchildren; Shawn Collins, John Brown, Ashley Brown and Ciara Thurman.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
