John Hawkins

John Kenneth Hawkins, 82 of Big Rock, TN passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1934 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Zeb and Martha Brame Hawkins. Mr. Hawkins retired from Trane Co. after 40 years and was a mason. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Ray Hawkins, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Avieoun McPeake Hawkins, Big Rock, TN, son, Bob Hawkins (Debbie), Big Rock, TN, daughter, Julie Shoulders (John), Big Rock, TN, grandchildren, Tara Page, Kevin Hawkins, Brian Hawkins, James Hawkins, Johnny Shoulders, and great grandchildren, SarahAnn Elizabeth Page, Will Page, Garrett Hawkins, Gracee Hawkins, Samuel Kevin Hawkins, Kimberlynn Rae Hawkins, Kylie Jo Hawkins, Klover Diene, Caylee Weninger and Caleb Weninger.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Garrette Milliken officiating. Burial will follow in the Griffin Wall Castile Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 5-8:00 pm with a masonic service at 7:00 pm and visitation will also be on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 12-1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
