Mr. Joe Wilson Finch, age 78, of Tennessee Ridge, Tennessee, passed away, Tuesday, April 16, 2019. He was born September 19, 1940 in Stewart County, Tennessee, son of the late Johnny and Pearl Finch. Mr. Finch retired from General Motors. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Gerri Finch. He is survived by his family and friends.
