Mrs. Marilyn Jo Emmett, age 61 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. She was born on October 9, 1963 in Dickson County, TN daughter of the late Bob and Angeline Batey.
Jo worked as a school food service manager for several years. She was a loving wife and a devoted mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her best friend and husband of over 38 years, Steven Emmett; her sons, Bryan Emmett (Shanida) and Bobby Emmett (Tristan); her granddaughters, Esmeralda Emmett and Marceline Emmett; and her sister, Jennifer Estabrook (Mike).
Following Jo’s wishes, she will be cremated and there are no services planned at this time.
