J.L. Skyles

J.L. Skyles, 63, Buchanan, TN passed away Monday, October 31, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Norma Kay Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Morgan Cemetery, Bumpus Mills, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 4-8 pm and Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 9-11 am at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born August 5, 1948 in South Pittsburg, TN son of the late Thelma Nelson Skyles. Mr. Skyles was retired from Paris Landing State Park. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by two brothers. Survivors include his wife, Darlyne Wallace Skyles, Buchanan, TN; sons, Rodney Sullivan, Manchester, TN, Troy C. Morgan, Jr., Big Rock, TN, and William Morgan, Bumpus Mills, TN; daughters, Tristyn Cheyenne Morgan, Buchanan, TN, Jacqueline Anderson, Hopkinsville, KY; brothers, James Skyles and Bill Skyles, both of South Pittsburg, TN; sisters, Brenda Sykles, Patsy Hutchins, Mary Sue Pemberton and Alice Pemberton, all of South Pittsburg, TN; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
