Jimmie Threatt

Mr. Jimmie Lee Threatt, age 75, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Tennessee State Veteran’s Home, Clarksville, TN. He was born August 11, 1943 in Stewart County, TN, son of the late Willie Miles and Myrtrice Shepherd Threatt. Mr. Threatt served in the US Army and retired from Trane Company after 38 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, William “Cotton” Threatt, Eldridge Threatt, James Edward Threatt, and sister, Lorene Ketzenbarger.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Carolyn Burkhart Threatt, Indian Mound, TN, and his sister, Margie Williams, Big Rock, TN.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service on Monday.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Williams, Lewis Shepherd, Jr., Donnie Burkhart, Jr., Christopher Watters, Jennifer Jackson, and Kelly Watters.
