Jeffery Turner

Jeffery Dean Turner, age 51 of Indian Mound, TN was called home to be with the Lord Monday, October 18, 2021 at St. Thomas Midtown, Nashville, TN. He was born the beloved son of the late Samuel Eugene and Betty Burkhart Turner. He was a hard worker, an equipment operator for Turner Logging and worked at Montgomery County Farmers Co-Op. Jeff was a faithful servant and attended Big Rock Church of Christ. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Jeff loved life, enjoyed spending time with folks and making memories with family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and loyal friend to many.

In addition to his parents, Jeff is preceded in death by his sisters; Brenda Smith and Rita Hammonds.

He is survived by his brothers; Larry Turner (Brenda), Mickey Turner (Connie), Marty Turner (Sandy), nephews; Scott Smith (Lori), Josh Turner (April), Wesley Turner (Michelle), nieces; Rebecca Summers (Chris), Rachel Mullen (Danny), Kasey Hammonds, several great nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will resume Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:00 am and continue until the hour of the funeral service at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Glenn officiating. Burial will follow at Dunbar Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Those serving as pallbearers are Josh Turner, Jonathan Summers, Tyler Wright, Mark Milliken, Keith Earhart and Ricky Russell. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Russell and Mark Zane Milliken.
