Jearldene Vick

Jearldene Bogard Vick, age 81 of Big Rock, TN went to her heavenly home on June 30, 2021. She was born on May 19, 1940 in Dover TN to the late James and Alene Bogard. Mrs. Vick retired from teaching first grade at North Stewart Elementary School after 30 years in 1994. She was also a retired business owner after managing the Pizza Factory in Dover and North Stewart for over 12 years. Mrs. Vick enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and she loved to memorize chapters of the Bible. Mrs. Vick also helped start and build several churches in the local community. She was a member of Dyers Creek First Church of God.

Other than her parents Mrs. Vick was preceded in death by her loving husband Bobby Vick and daughter Jennifer.

Survivors include her daughter Janna Miller (Mike), brothers; Lyle Bogard (Marie) and Randy Bogard (Corinne) both of Big Rock, grandchildren; Andrew and Hannah Miller and several nephews and nieces.

A graveside service will be held at Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00 am with Bro. Jeff Wallace officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
