Janet Diane Welker, age 61, of Dover, passed away, Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home with John Forgy to officiate. Burial will be in the Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service Sunday.
She was born May 11, 1953 in Dyersburg, TN, daughter of James and Rachel Grimes Epperson. Janet was a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lyod James Welker, and father, James Epperson.
Survivors include her mother, Rachel Epperson, Medon, TN, daughter Amy Bercik, Dover, TN, brother, Dennis Epperson, McKenzie, TN, sister, Sandra Jordan, Medon, TN, grandchildren, Wesley Vinson, Kaleb Bercik, John Nicholas Bercik, and Lacey Bercik.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Epperson, Chad Bynum, Michael Epperson, Matthew Epperson, Kaleb Bercik, and Wesley Vinson.
