Mr. James H. “Jim” Armstrong Jr., age 72, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at his home in Clarksville, TN. He was born December 1, 1947 in Stewart County, TN, son of the late James H. Armstrong Sr. and Willene Lemons Armstrong. He is survived by his wife, Dianna Lynn Hodges Armstrong of Clarksville, TN, sons, Joseph Armstrong, Jesse James Armstrong, Maxwell Armstrong, and Tyler Armstrong all of Salt Lake City, UT, daughters, Alexis Pentz of Morgan, UT and Carly Armstrong of Salt Lake City, UT, sister, Connie King of Murfreesboro, TN. He also leaves two step sons, Jerry Bane of Williamsburg, MO and Ryan Bane of Austin, TX, 7 grandchildren, and 2 step grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Lucille Morgan and Paula Ransdale.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Inc. Dover, TN.
