Imogene Austin

Goldie Imogene Austin, 81, Indian Mound, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 21, at Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, with the Rev. Melvin Dunaway officiating. Burial will be at Austin Cemetery, Indian Mound. Visitation will be Friday, January 20, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. She was born February 21, 1930 in Stewart County, daughter of Roy Milliken and Earlene Parker Milliken. She was the widow of Mr. Jimmie Austin. Mrs. Austin was a housewife and member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters, Trudy Jones and Vickie Harris, both of Clarksville, son Billy Austin, Indian Mound, sisters, Betty Summers, Dover, Donna Reed, Erin, Peggy Nolen, Cumberland City, brothers, Maxie Milliken and Zannie Milliken, both of Indian Mound, grandchildren, Jimmy Austin, Jennifer Austin, Gloria Jones, and great grandchild, Dustin Howard. Pallbearers will be David Austin, Perry Robertson, Brien Dill, Dotson Luffman, Jimmy Milliken, and Larry Atkins. In lieu of memorials donations may be made to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church 1435 Leatherwood Rd. Dover, TN 37058.
