Howard G. Finley Sr., affectionately known as “Bud” to his wife and friends, “Dad” to his children, and “Paw Paw” to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, passed away at home on September 23, 2023, of natural causes in Dover, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, Francis Finley; son, Glenn Finley (Sarah); son, Tim Finley (Sonda); sister, Jean Petty (Don); grandchildren, Kelly Daniel (Jeremy), Casey Reyes (Juelz), Cody Brown (Jess), Melissa Williams (Freddie), Austin Finley (Daena), Dallas Finley, Justin Finley, Sam Finley (Nikki), and Chris McHenry (Allison); twelve great-grandchildren.
Bud was preceded in death by his father, AY Finley; mother, Margaret (Petitt) Finley, daughter, Lisa (Finley) Brown.
The family would like to thank Anglin Funeral home for abiding by Bud’s interment request.
