Hilda Gardner

Hilda Gardner, 92, Murray, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital, Murray, KY. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at the Wofford Cemetery, Dover, TN at 2:30 pm. Burial will follow in the Wofford Cemetery. She was born November 21, 1919 in Tharpe, TN daughter of the late Harry T. and Marie Hester Riggins. Mrs. Gardner was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Gardner, two children, Faye Todd and Gary Herndon, one sister, three brothers, and three grandchildren. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Turgeon and her husband, Bob, Massachusetts, Rebecca Wilson and her husband, Anthony, Murray, KY; one brother, H.T. Riggins, IL; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren.
