Hazel Cotter

Hazel E. Cotter, 82, Dover, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Manor House of Dover. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Mt. View Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Ronnie Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm at Mt. View Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was born May 12, 1931 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Herbert and Verda Lyons Smith. Mrs. Cotter was retired from Eli and Walker and Osh Kosh B'Gosh and a member of Mt. View Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ewing Cotter, sister, Velma Burgess and brother, Billy Smith. Survivors include her sons, James Cotter, Nashville, TN and David Cotter, Dover, TN; daughter, Gail Ross, Stewart, TN; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
