Gertrude Tipton

Gertrude Tipton, 83 of Dover, TN passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at her residence. A private memorial was held. She was born March 31, 1930 in Sharon, PA daughter of the late Samuel and Agnes Barnett Bert. Mrs. Tipton was a certified nurses assistant. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Tipton. Survivors include her sons, David Tipton, Salida, CO and Gary Tipton, Medina, OH; daughter, Karen Porter, Dover, TN; brothers, Bill Bert, Lakewood, OH, Samuel Bert, Lakewood, OH, Jim Piazza, Strongville, OH, Jerry Piazza, Rocky River, OH and three grandchildren.
