Georgia McGovern Harrison McGee, 90, Paris, TN, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at Ohio. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Aquila Penrod officiating. Burial will be in Taylor's Chapel Cemetery, Big Rock. Visitation will be from 11:00 am- 1:00 PM Saturday at Anglin Funeral Home. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born Sept. 14, 1920 in Indian Mound, TN daughter of the late Thomas and Gertie Atkins McGovern. She was a devoted Christian, homemaker and caregiver. Ms. McGee attended church all her life. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, George Clinton Harrison; second husband, James McGee; three sons, Danny, Darrell and Dotson Harrison; four sisters, Lizzie Lee Earhart, Margaret Melton, Susie May Wallace, Isabellia Milligan; two brothers, Brandon and Bradford McGovern; grandson, Kenneth Harrison; granddaughter, Tammy Harrison and daughter in law, Violet Harrison. Survivors include her daughter, Eileen Wallace; two daughters in law, Karen Harrison and Patricia Harrison; eight grandchildren, Scott, Clint and Eddie Wallace, Kevin Harrison, Daron Harrison, Laura Crain, Tracy Schmittou and Danny Harrison II; nineteen great grandchildren; sisters, Lela Mathis, Dover, Everee Lane, Cumberland City, and Josephine Butler, South Carolina. Grandsons will be pallbearers.
