George Cook, Jr.

George E. Cook, Jr., 67 of Dover, TN passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at his residence. He was born April 10, 1949 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late George E. Cook, Sr. and Minola Cook. Mr. Cook was a truck driver, farmer and a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Glen, Leon and Fred Cook, sisters, Lillian Darling, Helen Hodges and Margaret Westerman. Survivors include his children, George W. Cook, Scott A. Cook and Crystal Cook, all of Dover, TN, brothers, Bruce Cook, Dover, TN, Drewey Cook, Clarksville, TN, Ted Cook, Clarksville, TN, Larry Cook, Pontiac, MI, sisters, Opal Sentiff, Jackson, TN, Mary Boone, Jackson, TN, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Moore Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Mathis officiating with burial to follow in the Moore Cemetery. Visitation will held from 12:30-1:30 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
