Gary Keefer

Gary Keefer, 77, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN with Rev. Roy Johnson officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 10am-12:15pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. He was born April 7, 1936, in West Virginia, son of the late LeRoy and Inez Billups Keefer. Mr. Keefer served in the United States Air Force, was a heavy equipment mechanic, and attended the Cross Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Sanders Keefer, Dover, sons, Gary D. Keefer, North Carolina, Greg Keefer, Michigan, stepdaughters, Darla Michele Hornick, Dover, TN, Kimberly Hornick, Michigan, sisters, Sharon Wood, North Carolina, Marsha Keefer Amos Black, West Viriginia, and three grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Dwight Keefer.
