Mr. Gary Yates Clark, age 66 of Dover, TN passed away April 16, 2023 at the VA Hospital, Nashville, TN. He was born December 14, 1956 in South Fulton, KY the beloved son of the late Billy Lee and Marion Elizabeth Yates Clark. Gary was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Church, Dover, TN. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and hiking through the woods, fishing and boating on the local lakes. Gary served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy. He retired after 21 years as a Chief Petty Officer attached to the Navy Seals and Special Forces. During his tour of duty, he held a special assignment at the White House with President Ronald Reagan.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jesse Yates Clark.

He leaves behind his loving and caring wife; Delia Garciano Clark and brother; David Clark of South Fulton, TN.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until the funeral mass at 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Dover, TN.
