Russell Boone, age 66, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, January 11, 2026.

He was born on September 20, 1959, the son of the late Alford Boone and Mary Cook Boone. Russell was a hardworking man who dedicated 25 years of service as a truck driver and forklift operator with Wallace Supply. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and a loyal friend to many. Russell was always willing to help others whenever a need arose and found great comfort and joy in the companionship of his pets.

In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Rorie Boone, and his sister, Jeanette Schoppa.

He is survived by his devoted son, David Boone (Bonnie); his brother, Sid Boone of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his sister, Carol Williams of Dover, Tennessee.

A graveside service will be held at Kinley Hollow Family Cemetery, 158 Kinley Hollow Road, Indian Mound, TN where Russell will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11:00 am with Bro. Joe Page officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Bailey Johnson, Issaac Johnson, James Whitehead, Justin Fletcher, John Lewis, and David Boone.
