Frances Herndon

Frances Lou Herndon, age 88, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away January 11, 2019 at her home. She was born April 8, 1930 in Model, Tennessee, daughter of the late Jordan and Gertrude Outland.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Max Herndon, daughter, Leighann Hanus, brothers, Hubert Outland, John Outland, Elmo Outland, Bubby Outland, Roy Knight, and sisters, Ruth Armstrong, and Willie Mae Dawson.
Survivors include her brother, Ronald Outland, and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Monday, January 14, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Darrell Cook officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service Monday. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Danny Outland, Jerry Bryant, Danny Dunaway, Tom Willoughby, Robert Allen, and Jimmy Outland. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Grisham and Don Wood.
