Everett Earhart

Mr. Everett Jackson Earhart, Sr., age 91, of Dover, passed away, Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Tennessee State Veterans Home, Clarksville, TN. He was born April 19, 1927 in Stewart County, TN, son of the late Paul and Irene Durrwacther Earhart. Mr. Earhart served in the US Navy during WWII, and attended the First Christian Church in Dover. He worked as a farmer and a logger.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Dryer and Myra Lois Earhart, brothers, Jasper Earhart, Elroy Earhart, Edwin Earhart, and Stanley Earhart.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 70 years Mary Arzilla Earhart, of Dover, son, Everett Earhart, Jr., Dover, daughters, Kathy Earhart, Dover, Paulette Williams, Stewart, Mary Wallace, Nashville, Anna Keatts, Dover, and Rebekah Petkoff, Denver, CO, grandchildren, Jeremy Bogard, Tiffany Rau, Tyler Wallace, Daniel Morris, Toby Earhart, Adam Earhart, Grayson Hansard, Heather Atkins, Lacey Biggs, Eli Keatts, Joey Reynolds, Alexis Reynolds, Tim Petkoff, and Angela Petkoff, 20 great grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Carl Newberry officiating, burial will follow at Jackson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Wednesday and 12 pm until the time of service Thursday. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.
