E.M. Mann

E.M. Mann, 91 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at St. Thomas West Hospital. He was born September 2, 1925 in Indian Mound, TN son of the late Ethridge and Anice Watkins Mann. Mr. Mann was a German POW while serving with the U.S. Army during WWII. He was also a business owner, partner with B&M Dairy Freeze from 1962-1984, the owner of B&M Furniture from 1964-1992, and a member and deacon of Cross Creek Baptist for over 60 years. Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Peggy McGregor Mann, Indian Mound, TN, daughters, Joy Coke, Clarksville, TN, Debra Barnard, Port Saint Joe, FL, Lisa Chandler (Tim), Clarksville, TN, eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Littleton officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 5-8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Brian Jones, Matthew Chandler, Joshua Chandler, Seth Jones, Dylan Paul and Joshua Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons at Cross Creek Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 542 Red Top Rd., Indian Mound, TN 37079. Arrangements entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
