Elsie Howard

Ms. Elsie Naydean Howard, “Aunt Dean”, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019, at Diversicare in Dover, TN. She was born on July 31, 1935 to the late Edward G. and Hazel Wall Taylor, in Cadiz, KY. She worked as a seamstress and was a member of Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Cadiz, KY and then joined Big Rock Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bernice Howard, brothers, Edward Eugene and William Henry Taylor. She is survived by her brother John E. Taylor (Patsy), Cadiz, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. David Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow at the McKinney Cemetery in Cadiz, KY. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Big Rock Baptist Church Children’s Nursery c/o Big Rock Baptist Church.
