Elliott Keel

Elliott "Junior" Keel, 88, Dover, TN passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at his residence. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Heflin Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, December 9, 2013 from 5-8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born on June 25, 1925 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Elliott G. and Mary Keatts Keel. Mr. Keel was a retired self employed heavy equipment operator and a U.S. Army WWII veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lovella Heflin Keel, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include his son, Randall (Kimberly) Keel, Clarksville, TN; daughter, Debbie (Bob) Hawkins, Big Rock, TN; brother, Charles Byron Keel, Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Marlene Smith, Elberton, GA; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kevin Hawkins, Brian Hawkins, Zach Keel, Jason Page, Brian Calvary and Fritz Gray.
