Eileen Hendershot

Ms. Eileen Hendershot, age 83, of Dover, TN, was called home to be with the Lord on June 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on December 25, 1941, Eileen was the beloved daughter of the late Fredrick and Irene Weed Hendershot. She worked as a laborer in local garment factories, and her skill and care were reflected in the clothing she lovingly made for her children.

Eileen found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved reading, solving puzzles, and most of all, spending time with her cherished daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild. Her deep love for her family and her zest for life were evident in every moment shared with them.

In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her three brothers.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Teresa Davis (Jay); grandchildren, Desiree Borgert and Nicole Baldwin; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be held at Grace Gardens in Dover, TN, date and time is pending.
