Edward Lee Wyatt, 81 of Dover, TN passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Manor House of Dover. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Jonathan Hardison and Steven Nicholas officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyatt's Chapel Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 5-8:00 pm and on Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 1:00 pm until the hour of service.
He was born April 18, 1933 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Orman James Wyatt and Neva Edwards Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt was a retired Ryder truck lines driver and worked as a realtor after retirement, was a U. S. Army Korean veteran and a member of New Haven Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Reed Wyatt, Burl Wyatt and Bruce Wyatt, and sister, Pansy Brown. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Sue Heflin Wyatt, Dover, TN, daughter, Sherry Lewis (Mark), Murray, KY, son, James E. Wyatt (Misty), Dixon, MO, brother, Brady Wyatt, Dover, TN, sisters, Carolyn Blick, Clarksville, TN, Nancy Barrow, Dover, TN, Shirley Carey, Tenn. Ridge, TN, and six grandchildren, Sam and Daniel Lewis, Muranda, Alexandra, Cassandra and Levi Wyatt. Pallbearers will be Tim Barrow, Greg Barrow, Mark Blick, Terry Blick, Reubin Wyatt and Lavele Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Rorie, Bill Norfleet, Chris Glasgow, Neal Foster and Ashley Wyatt. In lieu of other memorials, donations may be made to the New Haven Baptist Church Building Fund.
