Edith Hall

Edith L. Hall, 87, Bumpus Mills, TN, died Sunday, October 24, 2010, at St. Thomas Hospital Nashville, TN. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Anglin Funeral Home, Inc. with Johnny Harris officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Bumpus Mills, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday and from 12:00 until hour of service Tuesday at Anglin Funeral Home. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 16, 1923 in Cannon County, TN daughter of the late Tatum and Mabel Maddox Young. Mrs. Hall was a seamstress, a member of the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ, a member of the Red Hat Society, and the Ladies Quilting Club. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hall, Jr., children, Sam Hall and James Edward Hall, three half brothers, and two half sisters. Survivors include her children, Richard (Deborah) Hall, Nashville, TN, Kenneth (Donna) Hall, Round Rock, TN and Rhonda (Jeff) Murphy, Nashville, TN, nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
