Eddra Sowell

Eddra Archey Landon Sowell, 37, Clarksville, surrendered to the pain of cancer in order to join her recently departed father in paradise on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at her residence. She shot her last 3 pointer to become the MVP once again. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. George Miller and Bro. James Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in Kingins Brandon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday and from 12:00 to 2:00 pm Monday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 6, 1972 in Clarksville, daughter of Eddie and Sherry Kingins. Eddra enjoyed talking, watching her children grow, selling cars, watching basketball games, and working crossword puzzles. Eddra, just like her father, loved to talk and meet new friends. Their greatest talent was telling stories and if you knew them they are probably telling a story to you. She is preceded in death by her father, Eddie Kingins. Survivors include her daughter, Shelby Landon, son, Peyton Landon, Mother, Sherry Kingins, sister, Melinda Kingins-Taylor, nephews, Aaron and Cameron Taylor, niece, Kathlyn Taylor, ex-husbands, Glen Archy, and Robert Landon, and cherished friend of life, Matthew Young. Pallbearers will be Ben Wallace, Daren Taylor, Glen Archey, Matthew Young, Brad Haney, and James Nelson. Honorary pallbearers are all the family and friends of her life, of which there are too many to mention because Eddra never met a stranger.
