Donald 'Don' Rippy

Mr. Donald 'Don' Rippy, age 79, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026, at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital with his loving brother by his side. Born on January 16, 1947, Don was the beloved son of the late L.D. and Lorene Barrow Rippy.

Don proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he was a dedicated employee of Land Between the Lakes, where he worked in the Maintenance Department for many years. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, quiet nature, and faithful service to his community and country.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his sister, Daisey Sanders.

He is survived by his brother, Robert D. Rippy.

In keeping with Don's wishes, cremation will take place. Don's memory will be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
