Diane L. Haverkate passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Patient's Choice Medical Center, Erin, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the VFW Post 4730, 129 Long Creek Rd. in Dover, TN. In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be made in her honor to Hospice Care or the American Cancer Society.
