Mr. Dennis Ray “Rooster” Bailey, age 68, of Indian Mound, TN passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN. He was born May 1, 1956 in Erwin, TN son of the late James Wilford Bailey and Pansey Lillian Jewell Bailey.
Mr. Bailey retired from Nashville Wire. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed traveling, camping, and riding his 4-wheeler.
He is survived by his spouse, Tonya Jack; daughter, Misty Stavely (Kat Wallace); grandchildren, Jacob and Alexis Stavely; other special children he considered as his own, Ginger, Billy Jean, Dominque, Lacy, Marcus, and Miguel; and 12 brothers and sisters.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 10:00 am at Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN with. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
