Delbert Mccann

Delbert Charles McCann, age 76 of Dover, TN passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Tennova Medical Center. He was born February 6, 1940 in Iowa City, IA, son of Charles Delbert McLaud and Mildred Elizabeth McCann. Mr. McCann served and retired from the United States Army, he then worked in maintenance at Austin Peay State University, where he later retired. He was a member of F Company 40th Armor Group.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by three brothers. Survivors include his beloved wife of 54 years, Christel R. McCann, Dover, mother, Mildred Elizabeth McCann, Twin Falls, ID, sons, Mike McCann, Dover, TN, Daniel Steven McCann, Dover, TN, daughter, Sandra Jean Prettyman, Woodlawn, TN, brother, James Allen, Twin Falls, ID, grandchildren, Christel Lambert, Scott Lee Cox, Jonathan Cox, Katherine Parker, Stephanie McCann, Michael McCann, great grandchildren, Mikael Lambert, Emily McCann, Evelyn McCann, and Crimson Taylor Parker.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 pm Monday at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Byron Dumas officiating, burial will be in the Stewart County Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. Visitation will be from 10 am until the time of service Monday at Anglin Funeral Home.
