Dean Harvey

Mr. Van Dean Harvey, age 75 of New Concord, Kentucky, passed away, Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. He was born April 17, 1942 in California, son of the late, Lavanus and Mildred Koozer Harvey. Mr. Harvey served in the United States Marine Corps and is a Vietnam War Veteran. He was a member of the Amvets Post 45 and VFW Post 1889.
He is survived by his children, Ryan Harvey (Trina), Millville, CA, Corey Harvey (Marcella), Wasco, CA, Rachel Harvey (Chet), Bakersfield, CA, brother, Roger Harvey, Dover, TN, sisters, Lauana Hagendorf, Marietta, OH, Myrna Kirten, Jackson, CA, grandchildren, Emily Harvey, Bryan Harvey, Jared Harvey, Naomi Harvey, Stella Harvey, Isaiah Grooman, and Timothy Grooman. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
The service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY with Military Honors. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
