David Adams

Mr. David Leon Adams, age 57, of Dover, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, at his residence. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 21, at the Fort Donelson Pentecostal Church with Bro. Charlie Reynolds to officiate, burial will follow in the Grace Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Monday at the Fort Donelson Pentecostal Church and from 10 am until the time of service Tuesday. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. He was born March 23, 1956 in Granite City, IL, son of Floyd H. and Eddie Mae Smith Adams. Mr. Adams was a member of the Fort Donelson Pentecostal Church, worked at the Dover Water Treatment Plant, and an avid sportsman. He is preceded in death by his mother, Eddie Mae Adams and son, Chris Adams. Survivors include his beloved wife, Robin A. Griffin Adams, Dover, father, Floyd Adams, Dover, daughters, Tandy Rye (Jerry Lynn), Tennessee Ridge, TN, Michelle Thompson (John), Charleston, MO, Tonya Page (Stacey), Dover, TN, brother, Wayne Adams, Carlisle, TN, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
