Daniel ‘Dan’ Raymond Collins, age 77, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away, Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Signature Healthcare of Erin. He was born April 3, 1941 in Danville, Illinois.
Dan is preceded in death by his father, Andrew Collins and brother, Tom Collins. Survivors include his daughters, Diane Peak (Ronnie), Terri Heath (Tim), grandchildren, Harley, Spencer, Ronnie, II, Kendra, great grandson, Mathew James, brother, Dave Collins, Jerry Collins, sister, Wanda Jarvis (Mike), and former wife, Henrietta Collins.
