Dale Martin

Mr. Dale Martin, age 77, of Dover, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Henry County Medical Center. He was born on September 17, 1948, in Stewart County, TN, the son of the late Harvel Ray Martin and Sally Mae Martin.

Dale devoted his life to farming and logging, work he approached with pride and unwavering dedication. He especially loved raising cattle and spending his days on the land he cared for so deeply. Above all, Dale was a loving father and grandfather who treasured time spent with his family. He also enjoyed sharing conversation and laughter with his brother and friends over a cup of coffee at McDonald's-a simple tradition he truly cherished.

Dale is survived by his daughters, Judy Byrd (Blake), Barbara Marshall (Clint), and Loren Ramsey (Erik); siblings Danny Martin (Nancy) and Gail Wilson; grandchildren Ashley Earhart (Cole), Austin Byrd (Carissa), Jonah Marshall (Ravan), Jonathan Marshall, David Ramsey, Hannah Ramsey, and Sarah Ramsey; and great-grandchildren Andi and Tye Earhart, and Stevie Marshall.

Visitation for Mr. Martin will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at Anglin Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., with Bro. Carl Newberry officiating. Burial will take place at Corinth Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be Michael Bagwell, Troy Bagwell, Daniel Martin, Levi Brown, Bradley Brown, and William Rorie. Honorary pallbearers will be Dale Ross and Johnny Williams.
