Dale Hutchison

Mrs. Dale ‘Nanny’ Hutchison, age 77 passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born on March 5, 1946 in Louisville KY. She is the beloved daughter of the late Leo Newman and Ruth Roby Richardson. She was dedicated to her work as a materials manager in the healthcare industry for many years. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Newman and granddaughter, Kristen Irizarry.

She is survived by her husband, Basil Hutchison; daughter, Nicole Wooden and grandson, Brandon Smith.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 beginning at 2:00 pm and continue until the funeral service at 3:00 pm with Bro. Paul Hester officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Kaitlyn March, Mary March, Whitney Grizzard, Maddie Houston, Kat Bruce, Mikaela Lopez, Shelby Wallace, Lindsey Cherry, Courtney March, Toriana Dondi, AriAnna Fitzhugh, Madison Tricker, Taylor McElroy and Kimberly Bergstorm.

The family requested, in lieu of memorials that donations be made to Christian County Humane Society; 1229 Skyline Dr. Hopkinsville, KY 42240 in Mrs. Dale’s memory.
