Cordie Rowlette

Cordie Rowlette, age 94, of Dover, TN, passed away, Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Tennova Medical Center. She was born November 5, 1921 in Stewart County, TN, daughter of the late Littrel and Dolly Young Fitzhugh.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rowlette is preceded in death by her husband, Jon Henry Rowlette, son, Vernon Leroy Rowlette, brother, Littrel Fitzhugh, Jr., sisters, Mariannie Rowlette, Myrtle Taylor, Neva Ruth Fitzhugh, grandson, James Vernon Rowlette, and great grandson, David Rowlette.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Eddie Leroy Rowlette, Christopher Rowlette, great grandchildren, Amber Dawn Rowlette, Brittany Marie Rowlette, Dakota Rowlette, and Lukas Rowlette.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, November 2, at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, at Anglin Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
