Connie Lee Heath, age 60 of Bumpus Mills, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at her home. She was born August 30, 1958 in Madisonville, Kentucky daughter of the late Hamond and Betty Puffenbarger Slaton.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Diane Brodhead. Mrs. Heath is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Charles Heath, daughters, Amanda Eagle and Gina Heath, brother, Thomas Slaton, sister, Robin Batey, and seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Heath Family Residence, 109 Heath Hollow Rd. Bumpus Mills, TN 37028.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee.
