Clarice Lancaster

Clarice Elaine Lancaster, 95, Dover, died Monday, July 26, 2010, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home with Johnny Polk and Earl Claud officiating. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 pm Wednesday and from with the family present from 11am till the hour of service Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 11, 1915 in Pinebluff, TN daughter of the late Henry Finis and Florence Ealnora Wofford Barrow. Mrs. Lancaster was a homemaker and member of the Dover Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Loxley I. Lancaster; son, Charles Edward Lancaster; daughter, Ruth Ealnora Lancaster; grandson, Kenny Settle; brothers, Wilmer Barrow, Grover Barrow, George R. Barrow, Glamor Barrow; sisters, Hilda Barrow, Mary Elizabeth Barrow Greenup. Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Nell Shouse (Harold) Big Rock, TN; sons, Glenn Dale Lancaster (Elizabeth) Madison, TN, Jerry Oneal Lancaster (Donna) Dover, TN; sister, Jeanne Austin, Dunnellon, FL; brother, Clinton Barrow, Hazel, KY; extended family, Charles and Joyce Burns and family; three grandsons and seven great grandchildren. Pallbearers will Terry Lancaster, Jeff Lancaster, Jared Lancaster, Charles Burns, Jr., Justin Lancaster and Tanner Lancaster.
